Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PS Module Lead for an S/4 HANA rollout project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading SAP Project Systems implementations and configurations. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, optimizing project management processes, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. The SAP PS Module Lead will also be responsible for providing training, support, and guidance to end-users, as well as ensuring system performance and successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements specific to project management in the HANA environment.

SAP PS Configuration & Implementation:
Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP PS modules to streamline and optimize project planning, execution, and monitoring processes.

System Testing & Validation:
Conduct comprehensive system testing and validation to ensure the effective rollout of SAP PS functionalities in the S/4 HANA landscape.

Training & End-User Support:
Provide training sessions and offer continuous support to end-users on SAP PS processes and tools to ensure user adoption and system efficiency.

Cross-Module Integration:
Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate seamless integration of SAP PS with other SAP modules and external systems.

Project Monitoring & Reporting:
Track project progress and performance and provide regular updates to project stakeholders and management.

Issue Resolution & Process Improvement:
Identify challenges within project systems and implement process improvements to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency.

Documentation:
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of project specifications, processes, and user manuals for reference and training purposes.


Key Skills & Qualifications:


Proven expertise in SAP PS module, with hands-on experience in S/4 HANA implementations.
Strong understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in system testing, configuration, and end-user training in SAP PS.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and other SAP modules.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous process improvement.
Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation and training materials.


Education & Experience:


Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 9 years of experience in SAP PS, with at least 6 years in a leadership or lead consultant role.
Prior experience in SAP S/4 HANA rollout projects is highly desirable.

Other Skills :

Project Management: Strong experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies, project scheduling, and resource management.
SAP Integration: Knowledge of cross-module integration (MM, SD, FICO, PM) and tools like SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI.
Data Migration & Reporting: Familiarity with data migration (LTMC) and SAP reporting tools (BW, Fiori).
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
Change Management: Experience in managing change, ensuring smooth transitions during rollouts.
End-User Support: Expertise in training, UAT, and creating user documentation.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, mentor consultants, and manage stakeholders.
Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP PS, S/4 HANA).
