Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer on behalf of our client, Iron Mountain, to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for functional testing of Kofax Batch Classes and customizations, ensuring that all software products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
System Specification Review: Analyze and review system specifications to ensure they meet project requirements.
Test Case Execution: Execute both manual and automated test cases and analyze results to identify any defects.
Product Evaluation: Evaluate product code according to specifications to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Documentation: Create logs to document testing phases and any defects encountered.
Issue Reporting: Report bugs and errors to development teams for timely resolution.
Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting issues that arise during testing or in production environments.
Post-Implementation Testing: Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to verify that changes meet established requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and business users to understand, analyze, and implement requirements effectively.

Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in QA testing (manual and automation).
Strong knowledge of T-SQL and experience with defect tracking tools such as QC, JIRA, or Bugzilla.
Good to Have:
Experience with Kofax Capture, web services, and automation tools.
Qualifications:
Education: BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent degree.
Experience: 2-4 years in QA testing, with a solid background as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
Additional Skills:
Understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is advantageous.
Strong debugging skills and understanding of SQL commands.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
