Job Title: Project Coordinator – PMO

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a global project focused on transitioning services across three main locations: Bangalore, Hungary, and Brazil. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, schedule, and cost requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Data Gathering: Coordinate the collection of data and information by working closely with in country and regional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Vendor Management: Partner with identified service providers to define tasks and ensure deliverables are met.

Logistics Support: Organize logistics for project meetings and provide regular status updates to the program, including risk assessments (Red/Amber/Green).

Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required to communicate project progress and results.

Framework Utilization: Implement and adhere to defined project frameworks, processes, and templates to ensure consistency in deliverables.

Quality Assurance: Review project deliverables to ensure high quality; follow up with SMEs for clarification or additional inputs as necessary.

Tracking and Follow-up: Monitor project outputs to ensure timely delivery of deliverables and maintain communication with stakeholders.

Change Management Support: Assist the change management team with regional change initiatives and communications if needed.

Documentation Management: Maintain and, if necessary, create documentation related to the project, ensuring the health of the documentation repository.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, transformations, service migrations, and change management.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Knowledge: Working knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

Job Level:

Requires a working knowledge and experience in project management.

Ability to perform a range of assignments using prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze situations.

Moderate level of guidance and direction provided.
